This web site is offered by EasySpheres, LLC, to provide online access to information detailing price and availability of solder and associated products. 3. Access to EasySpheres

Upon entering and creating your account you will be able to access the EasySpheres inventory Stock, Quote and Price services. To ensure successful registration with EasySpheres, LLC, all the information you provide to us must be accurate, complete, and current. Verification of your identity may be achieved through the use of third-party services.

4. Payment Terms for Services Provided
Use of the EasySpheres Web Site is Free. However, should you use or purchase any product from EasySpheres, you should expect the product to arrive within the promised delivery window and delivered per your instructions. An invoice for this will be shipped to you with the product you ordered. This invoice must be paid in full within the terms of Net 30 Days. As we monitor all open orders for payment, EasySpheres withholds the right to deny service to any account holder with a prior payment delinquency of 30 days or longer. All accounts deemed uncollectible will be serviced by a collections agency of our choice.

5. Personal Information and Privacy
EasySpheres, LLC recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. The EasySpheres web site does use cookies as applied in industry standard practice to provide an acceptible user experience with our web site.

Sensitive Information: Your credit card information, Bill to Address, Ship To Address, e-mail address will not be shared or sold with any third parties except:
1. Under legal subpoena
2. To verify billing information with the Customer's financial institution
3. For credit card fraud detection

Information: We may share other limited information about you with Certain Preferred Partners, under confidentiality agreements, so that they may offer special related promotions to you.

arbitration, suit and on appeal.
