Sign in with the account icon at the top of the page and open Orders. Every order placed on this site is listed with its status and, once shipped, its tracking number. To change an order that has not shipped yet, call (858) 486-4068.

Add the items to your cart and use the shipping estimator for your address. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. In-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific ship the same business day.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Business customers can also check out on Net 30 terms with a purchase order.

Yes. Build the order on the website with your company's billing and shipping addresses as usual, choose Purchase Order as the payment method at checkout and enter your PO number in the field provided. If your purchasing department needs to send the PO document as well, email it to admin@easyspheres.com.

Every stocked part is a specific alloy and diameter, and we review the range continually against what customers ask for. Tell us the alloy, diameter and the quantity you use regularly through the Get a Quote page and we will quote it and, where there is demand, add it to stock.

Click Forgot your password on the sign-in page and we send a reset link to the email address on the account within a few seconds. If you no longer have access to that email address, call (858) 486-4068 and we will sort it out.

We never sell or disclose information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. Checkout runs on the BigCommerce platform over an encrypted (TLS) connection, and card details are handled by the payment processor; EasySpheres never stores your full card number.

Lead-free alloys (SAC305, SAC105, SAC405, SAC387, Sn96.5Ag3.5 and Sn42Bi58) comply with Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2), as amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863, for all restricted substances. Based on current SDS and supplier information, these products contain no Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) above 0.1% w/w per the ECHA Candidate List.

Leaded alloys (Sn63Pb37, Sn62Pb36Ag2, Sn10Pb90 and Sn05Pb95) contain lead above the 0.1% w/w limit of Directive 2011/65/EU and are not RoHS compliant as supplied. Certain applications qualify for exemptions under Annex III of the Directive; customers are responsible for confirming that a valid exemption covers their application. These products are supplied for exempted, non-EEE and other non-RoHS applications. Lead (Pb), CAS No. 7439-92-1, is listed on the ECHA Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern; this information is communicated in accordance with REACH Article 33. Supply of these articles is not prohibited under REACH, and safe-handling information is provided in the SDS.

Conflict minerals: tin is sourced through smelters conformant with the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP); a CMRT is available on request.

Spheres are stored and packaged in anti-static polypropylene jars with color-coded screw-top lids. Each jar contains a moisture-desiccant barrier to protect against relative-humidity fluctuation. Product labels include part number (SKU), quantity per jar, alloy, diameter in inches and millimeters, date of expiry, lot code number and a scannable QR code. Tape-and-reel formats are available for selected alloys and diameters.

Shelf life is 2 years from the sealed-jar born-on date when stored in original sealed packaging under appropriate conditions. Refrigeration is not recommended and does not extend shelf life. Containers should remain unopened and un-agitated during storage; normal room-temperature fluctuation does not affect shelf life. Avoid contaminating spheres through contact with foreign objects, fingers or moisture.

Follow the reflow profile recommended by the flux or solder-paste manufacturer. This product is used in semiconductor packaging processes worldwide and is most commonly applied in automatic ball placement machines.
