As we have transitioned all of your account data (with exception of Passwords, past orders and credit card information), most of your billing and shipping data has been transferred. Q: How can I view the status of my order?

Once logged in you can see your order status by selecting the "Order Status" link which will show you all your orders placed on this website. Orders prior to 2/1/15 will not be available as we have transitioned to a new ecommerce engine. Not to worry though, we have your order data backed up on a different system and can retrieve it as required. Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: I don't see the alloy or the diameter that I need on your website?
A: Each part is unique in its diameter and alloy. We continually conduct market research to which alloys and sizes should be inventoried. Our goal is to always have the item that you are looking for in stock. Please let us know what product you would like for us to carry and we will put it in stock.
Q: How do I let you know what items to carry?
A: Please click the Contact Us link at the top of the page. There you will find a page for you to place your comments. Please include information such as Ball Alloy, Ball Size, and Quantity that you regularly use.
Q: The company I work for won't let me order through the website, we have to issue a PO.
A: Purchase orders are always accepted at EasySpheres. We still require that you generate your order on our web site and include your company shipping and billing address as usual. On checkout, you can choose to purchase by PO and can input your PO # in the field below. If you wish, you may send the PO to EasySpheres via fax as an order confirmation. Q: I cannot remember my password.
A: Not a problem. EasySpheres will send your password to your email account within seconds of your request.
