Q: How safe is my credit card information?
A: Your order will be processed through our ProStores “safe cart” technology, ensuring that your transaction will be secured by 128bit SSL encryption. All your information remains private and secure. We guarantee the safety and protection of your personal information. This is the same technology used by the banking industry to protect millions of dollars in online transactions.
A: We will never sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to feedback@easyspheres.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account History page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. You may have to log in to view these orders.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: I don't see the alloy or the diameter that I need on your website?
A: Each part is unique in its diameter and alloy. We continually conduct market research to which alloys and sizes should be inventoried. Our goal is to always have the item that you are looking for in stock. Please let us know what product you would like for us to carry and we will put it in stock.
Q: How do I let you know what items to carry?
A: Please click the Customer Service link at the top of the page. There you will find a hyperlink named feedback@easyspheres Please include information such as Sphere Alloy, Sphere Size, and Quantity that you regularly use.
Q: Why is your solder sphere unit size a quantity of 1000 pieces?
A: EasySpheres package count is defined at a resolution of 1,000 Spheres to guarantee quantity accuracy in fulfilling your order. Our State of the Art measuring and counting systems assures that your order is always accurate.

A: Not a problem. EasySpheres will send your password to your email account within seconds of your request. Simply press the Continue Checkout Button (with the password field blank) and follow the instructions provided. Should you not remember your email address and password, Give us a call at 858-486-4068 and we'll help you with that.
A: No problem. Select the Checkbox on checkout step 2 "This order should be shipped to a different address" and you will have an opportunity to put in shipping information
Q: I put my order through but I need to change the shipping method (i.e. ground to overnight).
A: No problem. Give us a call at 858-486-4068, and we'll make that change.
Q: I'm a first time customer. What information do you need to set us up with a net 30 account?
A: Just set yourself up as a new customer and we automatically will give you net 30 terms. If you would like a credit line of more than $200, please contact us at 858-486-4068.
Q: If I order today, how soon can I get the product?
A: If you order before noon, and use a credit card as your payment method, we will ship today.If you order after noon, in most cases, we will ship same day but it is not guaranteed. In all cases your will know the status of your order when it ships.
