Kester Ultra-Spheres resist the darkening caused by agitation employed in placement equipment. This resistance to darkening helps preserve the solderability and retain the highest visible surface necessary for vision systems.

Kester's stringent manufacturing controls ensure high sphericity and accurate diameters with tight distributions. Ultra-Spheres are manufactured using only the highest grade of electrolyticly refined virgin metal. Metal is alloyed in a proprietary manufacturing process to ensure alloy composition exceeds all ANSI/J-STD-006 standards.
